✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the case of:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect products shipped (not matching the confirmed PI or samples)

• Products damaged during shipment (must be reported within 3 days of delivery)

⚠️ Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 10 working days of delivery.

• Return requests must be accompanied by clear photos/videos of the issue.

• Custom-made or private-labeled products are not returnable, unless the error is from our side.

💰 Refund Terms

• Refunds are processed only after product inspection.

• Refunds are issued via bank transfer or credit note, as agreed.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is on our side.
