Company History – Our Journey from a Small Workshop to a Trusted Manufacturer

 

🔹 2005 – Humble Beginnings by Mr. Tanveer Hussain

  • At a young age, Mr. Tanveer Hussain had already been working in a local dental syringe manufacturing company in Sialkot.

  • With deep knowledge and strong passion, he took a bold step to start his own small production setup near his home—not a full company yet, just a workshop with basic machines.

  • Initial monthly capacity: Only 500 to 1,000 syringes, manufacturing just one syringe model.

  • Supplied products to one major factory in Sialkot.

 

🔹 2008 – First Expansion Phase

  • With continued hard work and customer trust, we installed our first polishing machines.

  • Improved finishing and appearance of syringes.

  • Increased monthly production to 2,000–3,000 units.

 

🔹 2015 – Chrome Plating Setup Installed

  • Before 2015, chrome plating was done externally by other factories.

  • To ensure quality and reduce dependency, we installed our own chrome plating machines.

  • This gave us full control over surface finishing, shine, and durability.

  • Improved quality and customer satisfaction.

 

🔹 2019 – Official Company Registration

  • A proud moment: Sultan Dental Surgical was officially registered with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce.

  • We built a new production facility, expanded our setup, and added modern machinery like CNC machines to meet international manufacturing standards.

 

🔹 2022 – Team & Capacity Growth

  • Monthly capacity increased to 20,000–30,000 dental syringes.

  • Hired professionals for better management:

    • Mr. Naseer Ahmad – Sales Manager

    • Mr. Sibbatt Hassan – Production Manager

  • Began supplying to three of the biggest factories in Sialkot.

  • Focused more on scalability, timely delivery, and customer relationships.

 

🔹 2024 – A New Chapter with a New Generation

  • Mr. Usman Tanveer, son of the founder, joined the company at just 18 years old as International Customer Relations and Marketing Head.

  • Brought new energy and a modern approach to global outreach.

  • Expanded the company catalog to include a complete range of dental and surgical instruments (besides syringes), sourced from trusted partner manufacturers.

  • Focus remains on quality, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

 

🔹 2025 – Building Brands with Trust

  • We continue to manufacture dental syringes for world-renowned brands, though we currently supply indirectly through major factories in Sialkot.

  • Now, we are ready to grow globally by offering:

    • Private-label manufacturing

    • OEM/ODM services

    • Distribution partnerships

  • We believe in being honest with our clients: While we haven’t directly exported under our own name yet, our products are already being used by international brands worldwide through trusted channels.
