Welcome to Sultan Dental Surgical’s FAQs section. We’re here to answer your most common questions about our products, services, ordering process, and export support. If you have a question that’s not listed here, feel free to contact us directly.

1. What is your minimum order value?

We accept small orders, but the minimum order value must be $300 USD to process and ship the order.

2. Do you manufacture all products yourself?

We manufacture key items like dental syringes, extraction forceps, elevators, surgical scissors, forceps and needle holder and orthodontic plier & cutters in-house and source high-quality instruments from our trusted partner factories. All products go through strict quality checks before shipping.

3. Can I request customizations (logo, finish, packaging)?

Absolutely! We offer OEM & custom manufacturing services. You can customize product shape, handle type, finish (dull, mirror, sandblast), packaging, and even add your private label logo. Just mention your requirements in the Order Sheet.

4. What if I don’t find a product in your catalogue?

If your required product isn’t listed, fill the “Request for Quote” form or share details and images via email or WhatsApp. We’ll get back with a custom quote.

5. How can I place an order?

  1. Download our Catalogue & Price List

  2. Choose your products and fill the Order Sheet (Excel)

  3. Email us the sheet at sales@sultandental.pk or send via WhatsApp

  4. We’ll send you a Proforma Invoice with all costs included

  5. Pay 50% advance to confirm the order

  6. Pay the remaining 50% when your order is ready for dispatch

6. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer special discounts for large quantity or repeat orders. You can also get 20% OFF on your first order. Use the Request for Quote form to get your custom pricing.

7. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • Western Union

  • Letter of Credit (L/C) for large orders

8. How long does delivery take?

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 working days

  • Made-to-order items: 15–25 working days depending on customization

  • Delivery via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight based on your preference

9. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship globally and offer competitive shipping rates with full tracking and documents. All major couriers are supported.

10. Are your products certified?

Yes, we are ISO, CE, UKCA, and FDA certified. You can view our certifications and real shipping receipts in the Certificates of our website.
