✅ Step 1: Download Our Catalogue & Price List

Start by downloading our complete PDF Catalogue and Price List from our website.
We offer two types of prices for each instrument:

  • 🔹 Regular Quality Price – For general use

  • 🔸 Premium Quality (A+ Grade) – For professionals and high-end buyers

✅ Step 2: Choose Products & Fill the Order Sheet

After selecting the instruments you need from the catalogue:

  1. Download the Order Sheet (Excel format) from our website

  2. Fill in the details for each product:

    • Product Name or Code

    • Quantity

    • Selected Quality (Regular or Premium)

    • Any Customization (e.g., handle type, dull or mirror finish, special packaging, etc.)

    • Logo for Private Labeling (attach PDF logo file)

    • Any reference images (optional)

📌 Note: Customization may affect the final price.

✅ Step 3: Send Us Your Order

Once the order sheet is complete, send it to us via:

✅ Step 4: Can’t Find What You Need?

If you didn’t find a specific instrument in our catalogue OR want full customization, simply:

  • Fill the Request for Quote (RFQ) Form on our website

  • Provide product details, quantity, customization needs, and target prices (if you have)

We’ll send you a personalized quotation shortly.

✅ Step 5: Receive Proforma Invoice

After we receive your order or RFQ, we will send you a Proforma Invoice with:

  • Product Costs

  • Customization Charges (if any)

  • Shipping Charges

  • Estimated Delivery Time

  • Payment Instructions

✅ Step 6: Make Advance Payment

To start processing your order, we require 50% advance payment.

💳 We accept payments via:

  • Bank Transfer (recommended)

  • Western Union

✅ Step 7: Production or Immediate Dispatch

  • If your selected items are in stock, we’ll dispatch them same day and share your tracking ID.

  • If not in stock, we’ll begin manufacturing. Production time depends on quantity and customization, usually between 10–25 working days.

✅ Step 8: Final Payment & Shipping

Once your order is packed and ready to ship:

  • You will pay the remaining 50% balance

  • We will ship your order and send you:

    • 📦 Tracking Number

    • 📄 Shipping Documents
